How long does a membership last?
All premium memberships run for one year from the date your payment is confirmed. You'll receive a reminder as your renewal date approaches.
What is a membership number for?
Every paid member is issued a unique WiSK membership number (e.g. WISK-0021) on successful payment. It identifies you across WiSK records — events, mentorship, digital badges and more — and is emailed to you as part of your welcome message.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. Reach out to the WiSK team and we'll help you move to a higher tier; you'll only pay the difference for the remainder of your membership year.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely through Paystack (cards and M-Pesa) at checkout — your membership is only activated once payment is confirmed.
